I could gone to two other Subaru dealers that are closer to me, but chose Kendall Subaru of Marysville because they had the best price. David Jennings was my sales person and he did a great job helping me get the Crosstrek Wilderness I wanted. Nice facility also.

The staff was helpful here and knowledgeable about the vehicles. I see many posts online about how other dealers and sales representatives know nothing about the cars, they just want a sale. This was not my experience, as I asked a lot of detailed questions about the Outback and they were all answered clearly. Chris C was my sales representative and he is very familiar with the vehicles. He took the time to get me familiar with the systems on the Outback, which is great considering most buyers online mention that there are features on the car they weren’t even aware of and the dealer never told them. Overall, I had a pleasant buying experience at Kendall. I felt like a customer and wasn’t pushed too hard for extras like paint protection and warranties. It didn’t feel like I was put in a box and forced to decide. I was simply given the info I needed to make the purchase and I didn’t feel tricked or that important details were being left out. The sales team made an effort to make sure I get everything I wanted and was honest about the pros and cons about certain accessories I was interested in. I have heard bad things in the past about buying cars at dealerships, but I’m glad there are still dealerships and sales teams that treat you like a customer and not just a bonus opportunity.

I recently brought my Outback Wilderness to Kendall Subaru of Marysville for a routine service, which included an oil change and tire rotation, as well as a warranty issue. Kyrah, the service advisor, was exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. Kyrah efficiently handled both the standard maintenance and the warranty issue, demonstrating a strong understanding of Subaru vehicles. I had previously experienced a tire rotation issue, which Kyrah also resolved to my complete satisfaction. Her expertise and attention to detail left me feeling very impressed and confident in the service provided. I drove away feeling confident not only in the service I received but also in Kendall Subaru as a whole. From the initial purchase, facilitated by my terrific salesman, 'Guy,' to the ongoing maintenance handled by Kyrah, I'm extremely glad I chose Kendall Subaru of Marysville. They've consistently provided excellent service and built my trust in their team. Keep me going to I can keep exploring.

The salary team there at Kendal took me more seriously than I generally take myself. I'm a navy vet with 10 years of honorable service and every time it came up in casual conversation, I magically received an additional discount. These guys are doing an amazing job selling cars. They take customers very seriously, and legitimately want to make the car buying process as easy as possible. The finance manager walked me through every possible avenue and made the task of finding me a line of credit without any work on my part. Would, and do, highly recommend a subaru to all my friends. Everyone loves my new car, but not as much as me. Keep up the amazing work.

We recently bought a new Forester from Pascal Jean-Louis. Him and the whole team at Kendall Subaru of Marysville were fantastic to work with. The car we wanted was in transit, but Pascal put a hold on it for us without putting any money down. And it ended up arriving early! Pascal was super patient with us and answered our many questions, and went over the features of the car multiple times as I kept forgetting what all the buttons do! He made the whole process very straightforward and we never felt any pressure. Our finance guy (I think his name was Josh) was also really great and patient with us. He explained things in different ways for me until it made sense. My husband and I were also undecided on a few things so he let us go off to talk in private about what extended warranties we wanted. This was very nice to not have pressure to make a decision on the spot in front of the finance guy. He even offered us a discount so that the extended warranty would fit our budget. The facility itself is also massive and beautiful, and stocked with lots of free snacks and drinks and a coffee machine! :) We would definitely recommend friends and family to buy from here.

Great buying experience. My sales agent Jordan Porter was amazing. He listened carefully to what I was looking for. He was very helpful and found me the safest and most reliable car possible for my graduate while staying within budget. He even helped me get the car home since I didn't have a second driver with me. Service above and beyond. I'm so glad he was working the day I went in to test drive. Highly recommend Jordan at Kendall's Subaru of Marysville. 5 stars !

Such a great experience! Pascal was very kind and welcoming. Very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He worked hard to get me approved within my terms. He listened to what I was looking for, never made me feel pressured, and went above and beyond to make sure I left with the perfect car.
